They are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Project Manager to lead hydrology and hydraulic design for major transportation infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with NCDOT and FHWA standards.

Responsibilities

Manage hydrology and hydraulic design for transportation-related projects

Conduct stormwater modeling, roadway drainage design, erosion control, and floodplain analysis

Design stormwater management systems, culverts, and bridge hydraulics

Oversee project scopes, budgets, schedules, and client coordination

Prepare technical reports and design documentation

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including roadway, structural, and environmental engineers

Mentor and train junior engineering staff

Conduct occasional fieldwork to verify site conditions
