Travel Operations Coordinator - WFH

Believe Travel and Events is seeking a Travel Operations Coordinator to enhance daily travel operations and ensure excellent client experiences. The role involves managing travel logistics, coordinating bookings, and providing administrative support to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, ground transport, and activities
Oversee and confirm client itineraries to ensure accuracy and satisfaction
Support day-to-day operations by processing reservations and maintaining records

Monitor schedules and proactively address potential issues or changes
