Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Legal and Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to their Executive Management Team. In this position, you will handle sensitive administrative tasks, legal document review, and executive coordination.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of highly confidential, sensitive, and time-sensitive executive support tasks

Conduct research, prepare summaries and reports, draft correspondence, and review legal documents

Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, travel, and oversee special projects

Screen calls and visitors, facilitating communication on behalf of executives

Required

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum of three years of experience working in a law firm or five years as an executive administrative assistant

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion

Preferred

Paralegal experience preferred
