You are excited about our mission and our values align with yours

You have experience as a technical lead with a strong voice that can confidently help us solve problems, improve the system architecture, and codebase

You should have at least three years of experience working in a very senior or staff level engineering role on production systems with at least one that is customer facing. The system needs to be of some scale when it comes to usage and data volume. For example, at least thousands of people use it daily. We prefer people with both big company and startup experience

You have experience working on production systems written in Typescript and possibly other strongly typed languages

You live within a three hour time zone difference from California

You are passionate about design patterns, principles, standards and best practices that lead to building blocks for a highly maintainable and scalable system
