Responsibilities

Managing our process engineering team including mentoring staff

Forecasting work load

Overseeing quality of all process deliverables

Expanding the process team as we grow

Collaborating with our Global Life Science teams in both Melbourne, Australia and Milan, Italy

Coordinating with all other engineering departments to provide sound design solutions for our clients

Demonstrating experience in delivering projects for typical biopharma production processes (MAb, microbial, and vaccine)

Advancing engineering designs from a feasibility through schematic and preliminary design to detailed design completion

Supervising a team of process engineers during the execution of that work

Required

Experience in delivering projects for typical biopharma production processes (MAb, microbial, and vaccine)

Experience in bulk manufacturing, fill/finish, or both

Capability of advancing engineering designs from feasibility through schematic and preliminary design to detailed design completion

Management experience in overseeing quality of all process deliverables

Experience in mentoring staff and forecasting workload

Ability to collaborate with Global Life Science teams

Supervisory experience of a team of process engineers during execution of work
