Responsibilities
Work on a cross-functional team that collaborates with data science, product, and backend engineering
Develop and maintain native iOS product features in Swift and integrate with RESTful backend services
Contribute to feature ideation, planning, design, and development
Document architecture and new features to support long-term maintainability
Analyze metrics and member feedback to uncover bugs and opportunities to improve app stability and engagement
Participate in the release pipeline, including app building, signing, testing (e.g., via Firebase), and App Store submission
Use tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitHub to organize and communicate work
Qualification
Required
Product-minded engineer with empathy for the member experience
2–4 years of professional experience building, testing, debugging, and shipping native iOS apps
Strong proficiency in Swift and experience with modern iOS architecture and lifecycle management
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and networking best practices
Knowledge of best-practice architecture and modular design patterns, such as MVVM
Experience using Git and version control workflows
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
Team player who thrives on continuous learning and direct feedback
Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions
