Responsibilities
Align technical solutions with business objectives, act as a trusted digital advisor, and advise on product strategies and implementation approaches
Design the overall Salesforce architecture, including data models, integrations, identity and access management, and solutions for large data volumes and privacy
Lead technical teams in the development and implementation of projects, provide technical guidance and code reviews, and resolve complex technical issues
Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and development teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery
Create and maintain technical design documents, high-level diagrams, and low-level technical specifications for solutions
Stay current with Salesforce features, best practices, and integrations to recommend scalable and sustainable solutions
Ensure data integrity, security, and proper data sharing within the Salesforce platform and integrated systems
Qualification
Required
