Sales Development Representative

Cynet Security is a leader in threat detection and response, designed to simplify security for organizations of all sizes. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. The role involves outbound calls, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities

Proactively seek new business opportunities in the addressable market
Set the pace for the Channel team as a top performer in Prospecting and engaging with potential partners (MSP’s, MSSP’s, Resellers, etc.)
Identify needs, qualify and introduce Cynet’s offering
Execute daily goals and metrics in regard to calls made, emails sent, accounts sourced, etc
Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and account managers

Required

Communication proficiency, including professional verbal and written skills
Motivation, determination, and perseverance
Aptitude for research and analysis
Time management and personal organization
High school diploma or GED
Proven success in BDR or sales position
Knowledge of industry-standard sales technologies, such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong.io

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree
Some sales experience
Knowledge of Excel and Word
