Responsibilities

Create lighting control layouts and project-specific specifications tailored to customer needs and project scope

Generate and manage submittal packages and related documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Conduct material takeoffs and product selections based on system requirements and client preferences

Provide remote and onsite technical assistance, including diagnostics, problem-solving, and system verification

Perform pre-site evaluations to ensure readiness prior to system installation

Maintain up-to-date knowledge on supported product lines and system capabilities

Manage project documentation and ensure accurate recordkeeping from concept to close-out

Update and standardize AutoCAD blocks and Bluebeam libraries for internal efficiency

Support sales and engineering teams in developing tailored controls solutions for diverse project types

Required

Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences

Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD is required

Experience using Bluebeam, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset

Availability to travel for project support, site visits, and client meetings as needed

Preferred

Prior experience with lighting controls systems preferred
