Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to assess needs, recommend solutions, and ensure learning strategies align with organizational goals
Create engaging, innovative curricula for New Hire, Professional Mastery, and Leadership programs using adult learning principles
Facilitate impactful learning experiences—both virtual and in-person—that captivate and empower our Sales and Relationship Management teams
Work closely with subject matter experts and internal partners to ensure content accuracy and relevance
Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Employee Benefits preferred
Strong background in design and delivery of education a plus
Proven ability to design and deliver diverse learning methodologies, leveraging tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Camtasia, Vyond, and SharePoint
Strong graphic design skills with an eye for modern, engaging content within brand guidelines
Deep understanding of sales practices, negotiation, and territory management
Exceptional verbal and written skills with executive presence and consultative influence
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
High speed broadband internet service is required, we do not recommend or support DSL, wireless, MiFi, Hotspots, Fiber without a modem and Satellite
Internet provider supplied modem/router/gateway is hardwired to the Hartford issued computer with an ethernet cable
Minimum upload/download speeds of 5Mbps/30Mbps will be required
