Responsibilities
Handle serious and catastrophic personal injury cases from initial filing through verdict
Screen potential litigation clients and interview clients and witnesses
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and prepare for mediations
Negotiate with insurance companies to maximize client outcomes
Depose witnesses and prepare clients for depositions
Provide counsel and representation throughout trial
Supervise legal teams to ensure attorneys focus on high-level case strategy
Collaborate with supervising attorneys to ensure efficient, high-quality case handling
Maintain exceptional client service and communication
Qualification
Required
3+ years of personal injury experience
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Active New York Bar license
Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills
Ability to evaluate claims effectively
High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines
Commitment to professionalism and client advocacy
