Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries, perform balance sheet reconciliations and analyze financial results to ensure accuracy and completeness

Evaluate and interpret complex financial transactions, ensuring proper classification and compliance with GAAP and internal accounting standards

Lead efforts to standardize global processes, enhance system efficiency, and strengthen governance framework to meet group and local reporting requirements

Support the rollout of the new SAP ERP system (S/4Hana), including user acceptance testing and data migration activities

Collaborate closely with finance and business stakeholders, delivering high-quality accounting guidance that enables informed decision-making and drives operational success

Required

Minimum of 6 years of progressive work experience in a similar role, preferably a mix of tech companies and/or public accounting / CPA preferred

Display solid accounting knowledge, analytical skills and good attention to detail

Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently or as part of a team

Showcase strong communication and presentation skills

Have advanced experience with financial close and reporting systems such as SAP or NetSuite, along with proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau

Be excited to collaborate with our finance and business teams in the office for 2-3 days per week
