Responsibilities

Provides advanced technical and analytical support for a suite of Lab applications ensuring seamless integration, data integrity, and operational continuity across the lab and broader health system

Leads design, implementation, and maintenance of complex LIS workflows, instrument interfaces, and middleware configurations

Provides support for numerous laboratory applications (Data Innovations Instrument Manager, Abbott Alinity IQ, SCC SoftBank/Lab/BI, BloodTrack, etc.)

Does not provide direct support for the Epic Beaker module

Required

Bachelors degree in an Information Systems / Clinical Informatics related field or 4 years of related IT experience in a Healthcare environment

Three (3) Years Hospital Health Care Organizations Business Analysis

Lab Systems, DI and/or other Lab middleware strongly preferred

Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact)

Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking)

Writing /Composing (Correspondence / Reports)

Analytical, Design, Research, Statistical

Bachelors Degree Major: Bachelor's degree in an Information Systems / Clinical Informatics related field or 4 years of related IT/Clinical experience in a Healthcare environment

Be available to work on site (after hours) as needed

Healthcare Information Technology experience

Understands the limitations and opportunities presented by the applications supported

Ability to recommend process improvements based upon industry standards in addition to resolving integrated process issues

Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously, be able to prioritize effectively, and meet overlapping deadlines
