Responsibilities

Design and implement cloud networking solutions, integrating security best practices

Familiarity with DoD Enterprise services, Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM), Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) and integration into those services

Familiarity with DISA BCAP integration processes

Familiarity with Cloud Guardrails and their use and inheritance to Mission Owners

Guide others and develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/OpenTofu and Ansible for scalable and repeatable deployments

Strong DevSecOps practices and experience with GitLAB (or equivalent)

Collaborate with cross-functional and security teams to ensure robust and compliant landing zones

Guide networking and security integration with third-party tools (load balancers such as F5, network firewalls like Palo Alto)

Serve as a technical subject matter expert and mentor for the team

Required

At least 5 years of experience working with cloud technologies (OCI preferred)

Minimum of 10 years' experience in DoD environments

Proven ability to implement and manage DoD security requirements (STIG, ACAS, etc.)

Strong expertise in cloud networking and security architecture

Experience using Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform/Tofu and Ansible

Familiarity with third-party load balancer (F5) and network firewall (Palo Alto) technologies

Preferred

Prior experience with BCAP (Boundary Cloud Access Point) implementations

Knowledge of SCCA frameworks and compliance

OCI certifications or equivalent industry certifications

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
