Responsibilities
You’ll work in small teams of 3 – 5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement
This includes demonstrating creativity in thought, problem solving and conceptual skills, able to structure analysis and research, gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations
Your analysis and consulting will lean heavily on Circana’s proprietary and leading-class data platform – including POS data, Panel data, and custom survey data
You’ll need to show an understanding of strategic frameworks, demonstrate basic understanding of business models and functions, exhibit a positive and make it happen attitude with strong collaborative skills
You’ll present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members
You will receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on their teams
Due to the intimate nature of the practice, you’ll directly report to a Partner and additionally have a mentor and peer coach assigned to you to help guide your career
You’ll receive guidance and support in the selection of client engagements, helping you to develop your skills and build your network
Qualification
Required
An undergraduate degree (preferably in business, marketing, consumer insights, statistics, or economics) with 3-5 years of work experience
1-3 years of experience with market measurement and panel data – such as Circana or NIQ
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to create work product-focused materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables
Ability to work or attend meetings outside of traditional business hours or take on projects with limited or no notice at times
Excellent organization capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion
Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning
Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment
Collaborate across time zones using relevant digital productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) and digital communication tools (e.g., email, Teams, Zoom)
Ability to travel occasionally (typically less than 10%)
