Required

Strong background in Linux kernel internals (schedulers, memory management, networking stack, security modules)
Hands-on experience with kernel debugging tools (eBPF, perf, ftrace, systemtap, etc.)
Proven experience with bare metal systems - provisioning, repaving, and lifecycle management
Experience with GPU drivers (NVIDIA / AMD) and Kernel-level GPU troubleshooting
Knowledge of Confidential Computing technologies (e.g., SEV, TDX, SGX) and related kernel extensions
Proficiency in C, C++, and scripting (Python, Bash)
Familiarity with virtualization (KVM, QEMU) and container runtimes (Docker, containerd, Kubernetes)

Preferred

Contributions to the Linux kernel community or open-source projects
Experience with secure boot, kernel hardening, SELinux / AppArmor
Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines for kernel builds and testing
Experience working in large-scale datacenter or cloud environments
