Responsibilities
Create polished, high-fidelity web design mockups that prioritize accessibility and user-friendliness, while applying a strong grasp of visual hierarchy, interaction patterns, and conversion-oriented best practices
Translate brand identity and business goals into compelling, responsive web designs
Confidently present and advocate for strategic design decisions with clients, while thoughtfully incorporating their feedback to meet project goals without compromising design integrity or usability
Present and clearly explain design decisions to clients in a way that builds trust and excitement for the project
Confidently advocate for strategic design choices while educating clients on the creative process to ensure project goals are met
Thoughtfully incorporate client feedback while maintaining the design's integrity and usability
Proactively identify opportunities to improve our internal systems and workflows, and propose actionable solutions
Contribute to cross-departmental initiatives to help shape and standardize our internal design practices and tools
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional design experience, with a focus on web design and direct client collaboration
A strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design and a deep understanding of core design principles
Expert-level proficiency in Figma
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently articulate design decisions to clients and internal teams
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while working independently
A collaborative team player with a proactive and strategic mindset
Familiarity with project management tools and workflows
Preferred
Familiarity with animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie, or similar)
Experience with Webflow
Strong cross-disciplinary skillset (e.g., branding, illustration, motion design, print)
Knowledge of the dental or healthcare industry (we work with lots of dentists!)
Experience working with small businesses or in a fast-paced agency environment
