Responsibilities
Manage complete client lifecycle stages to achieve quality, scope, and schedule that deliver on the products and services utilized by the client. Provide technical support and assistance to clients, helping to troubleshoot, and determine how and when to escalate issues
Perform activities in compliance with bank policies and procedures and ensures that documentation is accurate and properly maintained. Work on projects and initiatives focused on improving client experience, and operational efficiency
Build strong working relationships and act as a liaison between clients, relationship management, and TM Sales for technical and operational processes and requirements, risk mitigation, efficiency and customer service. Facilitate the flow of information and communication between all involved parties
Qualification
Required
1+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service, Finance (GL Mgmt., Public Reporting, Analysis), Financial Analysis or similar field
High school diploma required
Entry level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Entry level to intermediate proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
