The intern will engage in various marketing initiatives, conduct tours for prospective residents, and support community management while gaining valuable experience in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

Conduct guided tours for prospective residents, highlighting the unique features and benefits of the Bozzuto community to support their journey from initial interest to lease signing, move-in, and residency

Design and implement creative marketing campaigns to drive traffic and boost leasing activity

Provide top-tier customer service to residents, clients and vendors

Assist with day-to-day operations, administrative tasks and community management

Support marketing reports, social media strategies and onsite event planning

Analyze business performance and present your insights in a final capstone presentation to Bozzuto leadership

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, real estate, hospitality or a related field

Motivated and eager to take initiative, with some experience in customer service or sales

Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating and learning from others

Willing to work 3–4 weekends per month while taking two weekdays off as this role supports both prospective and current residents in our 365/24 business
