Responsibilities

Support the preparation of proposals for new business opportunities, renewals of current customer contracts, and re-engineering operations for current customers

Provide engineering support for proposals, renewals and re-engineering activities to support CEVA Business Growth and Retention objectives

Engineering support may include data analysis, concept of operations, design layouts, identifying processes, build engineering models and develop customer proposals

Continuous development of engineering skills to design distribution center operations

Work with BDs and Program Managers to schedule, prepare and submit proposals and/or renewals on a timely basis

Provide engineering support other operational improvements as requested

Incorporate green initiatives into CEVA proposals when appropriate and in conjunction with employee support of local communities

Required

Strong analytical skills

A BS degree in Industrial Engineering

Experience in engineering Distribution Centers

Solution Design experience for a competitor, operating experience and/or experience supporting a Distribution Center on-site or during an implementation

Knowledge/experience of 3PL Distribution Centers processes

Exposure to Automation Engineering

Ability to communicate/work with operational leaders and support teams, fluent in English

Presentation skills to potential customers and CEVA leadership
