They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects from start to finish, managing budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Lead project handoff meetings with installation teams
Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with expectations
Coordinate pre-installation meetings with General Contractors (GCs)
Work with Procurement to track material deliveries
Conduct quality control inspections and record job site conditions
Maintain accurate project documentation and billing records
Manage change orders and resolve issues efficiently
Finalize punch lists with GCs and ensure requirements are completed
Oversee attic stock and documentation procedures
Complete closeout paperwork and manage release of retained funds
Conduct moisture testing (calcium chloride and pH testing)
Coordinate material deliveries when needed
Manage claims related to materials and labor
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 years of project management experience (GC or subcontractor preferred)
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2)
Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Procore preferred)
Valid driver's license; ability to travel moderately as required
