6+ years expWorld is building a real human network designed to accelerate people in the age of AI. They are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter who will work closely with engineering leadership and the talent team to shape hiring processes and close top technical talent for the company.

Responsibilities
Partner deeply with hiring managers and execs to scope roles, design interview loops, and make data-driven trade-offs between speed and bar
Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, data, and product, from outbound sourcing to close
Build trust fast: influence hiring decisions, advise on structure, and push back when needed
Act as a TFH/World ambassador and deliver an exceptional candidate experience every step of the way
Drive experimentation with new sourcing channels, new outreach strategies, and new ways to tell our story
Build and refine reporting in our ATS; use data to measure funnel health and drive accountability
Participate in headcount planning and hiring forecasts
Learn best practices from the team, and mentor and uplevel others around you; model what “elite recruiting” looks like
Qualification
Required
An experienced recruiter (6+ years) with a history of closing technical talent in fast-growing startups or scaleups
Highly individual: you bring personal creativity and ownership to your searches
Collaborative: you know how to influence, not just execute, and you build deep partnerships with hiring managers & your team
A problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and has a bias for action
Data-driven: you use numbers and narrative to make better decisions
Energized by pace, experimentation, and building from scratch
