This role involves connecting with guests, sharing the brand's message of kindness, and creating memorable in-store experiences through personalized service and event facilitation.

Responsibilities
Share our mission, help guests find the perfect pieces, and personalize recommendations based on their needs
Help facilitate in-store beading appointments, parties, and special events—making every visit extra special
Assist with transactions at the POS system, answer guest questions, and provide top-notch service
Keep the sales floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually inspiring for our guests
Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders
Help with inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs to keep the store thriving
Other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
Qualification
Required
Retail Experience Preferred - But if you're a fast learner with a great attitude, we'd love to meet you!
Strong communication skills—you love chatting with guests and working with a team
Passion for beading, styling, and even capturing fun content in-store
You stay positive and find solutions with a can-do attitude
Able to work weekends and holidays
