Experienced Technical Account Manager - Water Treatment Field Work

LCS is seeking a dedicated Water Treatment Service Technician to ensure their clients' water systems are serviced and protected. In this role, you will manage your own schedule, be the primary point of contact for clients, and utilize your technical skills to maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Training with a certified professional
Scheduling and setting work priorities
Evaluating and scheduling service for Fortune 500 Accounts
Interfacing with building personnel, general contractors and project managers to identify concerns and maintain good customer relations
Be the key point of contact for the customer, and resolve issues and complaints to customer’s satisfaction as well as provide water treatment expertise to answer questions
Ensure that material and equipment are ordered and shipped for clients
Schedule service visits to ensure against down time of water treatment program
Monitor efficiency and quality control of water treatment program
Generate reports on all services, inventory, and concerns. Review reports with management
Obtain and maintain all required training and certifications related to water treatment service

Required

3 to 5 years direct water treatment experience in a similar role
7G license or pesticide applicators licenses equivalent required
Mechanical aptitude; able to learn to use, maintain, and understand equipment and system
Physical ability to carry a 30-pound backpack through the city and climb safe ladders and ability to wear required PPE
Decision making ability
Associate degree-Technical (minimum); Environmental or HVAC-related are highly preferred
Valid Driver's License
Excellent interpersonal and organization skills, able to maintain and keep information confidential
Must be able to meet deadlines and report information timely and accurately
Computer and time management skills
Ability to work with all levels within the organization
Great customer services skills with a can-do attitude
Possess or obtain required training certifications, such as a New York 7G Pesticide Technician certification
Ability to attend quarterly in-person staff meetings in New Jersey
Ability to use required technology, including, but not limited to Microsoft office, smart phone apps, e-training, and other work-related software

Preferred

Water Treatment Service Experience preferred
Flexible work hours, including late hours and weekends, but most work takes place during business hours
Experience navigating NYC highly preferred
