Responsibilities

Facilitate SW preparation for early product testing for department projects and programs

Manage the dependencies and deliverables for support teams in support of department projects and programs

Support material readiness for prototyping of new projects

Track and report on program test plans

Develop/refine process on any of the above to improve overall organization efficiency

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or an allied Engineering field

Must graduate on or after December 2026

Must be a US Citizen, permanent resident or be an MS student with work authorization (F1 Visa on CPT accepted only for masters-level students)

Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute a strategy aimed at achieving an end goal through collaboration

Ability to manage seemingly conflicting requirements, and objectively analyze different inputs to break down complex problems and drive measurable, impactful solutions

Ability to communicate effectively and analyze, explain, and draw conclusions based on complex data

Ability to influence technical experts and effectively align them to deliver results
