Responsibilities
Define and communicate the technical vision and long-term roadmap for frontend development, ensuring alignment with product goals and business needs
Optimize the team to perform at their very best. Identify technical debt and craft an engineering roadmap
Provide technical and personal mentorship to earlier-career engineers, growing their ability to make an impact
Write detailed technical specifications
Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to align with business objectives
Review and debug code, and provide helpful coaching and feedback to other engineers
Qualification
Required
8+ years of frontend engineering experience, with an expertise in React/Typescript
Familiarity with modern build tools (Vite) testing frameworks (Jest, RTL) and CI/CD best practices
Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and lead engineering teams
Ability to influence technical direction and work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and executive teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to leverage AI tools to augment your velocity
Growth mindset and openness to feedback
