Responsibilities
Lead the Strategic Sales function in guiding and empowering the salesforce to achieve growth targets
Identify and capture new opportunities, establishing long-term partnerships
Anticipate market trends and build strong customer relationships
Lead the charge in creating demand for Honeywell’s offerings
Ensure that all sales strategies are aligned with the broader BA business objectives
Drive revenue growth and establish Honeywell as a leader in the Building Automation segment
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of driving transformational growth initiatives
Experience delivering measurable business outcomes
Ability to lead high-performing teams to exceed sales quotas
Strategic thinking and deep customer insights
Ability to craft customized solutions that drive revenue
Experience in building strong customer relationships
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and product development
Experience in the Building Automation industry or related fields
Ability to anticipate market trends
Experience in establishing long-term partnerships
Willingness to travel 50% (+) domestically
Preferred
Experience in key global verticals such as Data Centers, Healthcare, and Hospitality
Experience in quota-carrying sales roles
Experience with Honeywell's BA offerings, including Fire, Security, and BMS
