The Specialist will work closely with producer cooperatives, local enterprises, and brand partners to pilot regenerative models that can be replicated regionally.

Conduct baseline mapping and risk assessments of existing rural supply chains for natural materials

Design and implement traceability systems connecting smallholders and cooperatives to responsible buyers

Introduce regenerative agricultural and livestock practices that improve soil health and reduce emissions

Strengthen local organizations’ technical capacity and governance

Align field implementation with recognized standards and certification frameworks

Document results and produce case studies showcasing community and environmental impact
