Responsibilities
Develop high-quality, scalable Typescript code across the tech stack, creating end-to-end features in collaboration with a cross-functional team
Integrate with EHRs and third parties by building APIs, webhooks, data pipelines to ensure data is in sync with our partners
Solve complex debugging, testability, and deployability challenges, bringing a pragmatic approach to technical problem-solving
Shape our technical roadmap, driving ongoing improvements in collaboration with our data, data engineering and product teams
Contribute to best practices and documentation, ensuring consistency and quality across projects
Collaborate in code reviews, embracing feedback and learning from engineering peers
Qualification
Required
9+ years of hands-on software development experience
Experience building applications end-to-end with Typescript + React + NodeJS
You have a healthy understanding of security and PHI, especially where it interacts with HIPAA regulations
Preferred
2+ years of hands-on of experience in a healthcare (or regulated) setting
Prior experience or interest in GenAI tooling such as n8n, Flowise, Cursor, Co-pilot, and enterprise models like Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT
