Interact with members across a variety of support channels, such as email and chat

Provide accurate and comprehensive information about Public's features, products, and services

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Operations, and Compliance, to efficiently resolve member issues and concerns

Work hand-in-hand with Product and Engineering teams to share valuable member feedback and insights

Advocate for feature requests and experience enhancements that will further improve our members' overall satisfaction
