Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle executive search engagements, from client intake and strategy to candidate placement
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
Consult with clients to understand hiring needs, organizational culture, and long-term business goals
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier executive talent
Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and present comprehensive candidate profiles to clients
Negotiate offers and guide both clients and candidates through the closing process
Stay informed on industry trends, talent market insights, and competitive intelligence to advise clients strategically
Mentor and coach junior recruiters, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment
Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships
Qualification
Required
5+ years of executive search or senior-level recruiting experience, preferably in a retained search environment
Proven success placing leadership-level talent, including VP, C-suite, and board roles
A strong professional network and deep knowledge of executive hiring trends
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
The ability to manage multiple high-priority searches with precision and professionalism
Strategic thinking and a consultative approach to solving client talent challenges
Experience using modern recruiting tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS, market mapping tools)
A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field preferred; advanced degree is a plus
