This high-impact role involves partnering with the CEO to lead strategic planning, M&A functions, and transformative projects critical to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, supporting business strategy, executive communications, and critical enterprise initiatives

Lead strategic planning processes, foster executive alignment, and oversee cross-functional execution of priority goals

Manage a portfolio of company-wide strategic projects, driving operational excellence and value creation

Prepare and present board-ready materials and strategic performance updates, highlighting risks and opportunities

Lead the end-to-end M&A lifecycle, from deal sourcing and evaluation through due diligence, deal structuring, and integration

Cultivate and manage a robust M&A pipeline by building relationships with founders, bankers, investors, and intermediaries

Coordinate cross-functional diligence teams spanning finance, legal, operations, and external advisors

Serve as the primary liaison with acquisition targets, including founder-led and less sophisticated sellers

Negotiate transaction terms and lead post-close integration efforts to capture synergies and maximize deal value

Provide leadership and guidance to key functions such as Marketing and PMO Integration; spearhead the rollout of the company’s Lean Operating System and Value Creation Plan (VCP)
