Program Specialist VI (Job 2888)
The Arizona Supreme Court is responsible for overseeing the judicial system in the state. They are seeking a Program Specialist VI to manage projects and initiatives aimed at improving the internal systems of probation services, while providing technical assistance and training to statewide staff.

Responsibilities
Responsible for an array of projects, grants and initiatives, collaborating with teams and stakeholders to improve internal systems, implementing new programs, evaluating practices, and providing expert technical assistance and guidance to statewide probation staff
Assisting in oversight associated with implementation, evidence-based recommendations, data collection and training related to the operation of specialty/treatment courts within the Arizona court system, including Drug/DUI/Recovery Courts, Mental Health/Wellness Courts, Family Treatment Courts, Veterans Treatment Courts, etc
Assisting in developing performance criteria and measures for specialty court and probation programs
Develop, facilitates, and conducts statewide training, curriculum development, and serves as faculty at local, regional and statewide training sessions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, counseling, social work, psychology or a related field
At least five years' experience working in a court or within a treatment court program, or five years' experience working in an administrative office of a court
General knowledge of the Arizona courts, probation, and criminal justice system
Thorough knowledge of programs, general policies, evidence-based practices and procedures of probation departments
Knowledge of Arizona Revised Statutes, Rules of Criminal Procedure and Arizona Judicial Code of Administration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exemplary attention to detail
Effective project management experience and skills that include working independently
Demonstrated proficiency in various tracking databases, information technology, internet, and Microsoft products
Valid driver's license
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
