Marketing Manager
hireneXus is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, consumer engagement, and multi-channel marketing initiatives. The role involves developing and executing marketing plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and shaping the brand’s strategy across all channels.

Responsibilities
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives
Refine brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to drive consistent communication
Create go-to-market strategies for new products and innovations
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
Lead consumer research to inform product development and marketing campaigns
Monitor consumer behavior and channel performance to optimize strategies
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, retail, PR, and events
Manage the marketing calendar to ensure seamless campaign execution and product launches
Lead digital marketing efforts, including paid social, search, programmatic, and SEO
Oversee content strategy and creative production for video, photography, and storytelling initiatives
Support growth of direct-to-consumer and e-retail channels through performance marketing and conversion optimization
Manage CRM and email marketing programs, including segmentation, automation, and testing
Leverage first-party data to create personalized and targeted marketing strategies
Define KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness across channels
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Continuously test, iterate, and improve marketing tactics to drive ROI
Partner with sales and trade marketing to align retail promotions and in-store activations
Collaborate with product development teams to support innovation pipelines and product launches
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and creative partners
Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources
Track spend and performance, adjusting tactics to maximize ROI
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in consumer packaged goods (CPG), food, or health and wellness industries
Proven track record of developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns
Strong digital marketing expertise, including paid media, CRM, SEO, and analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Strong project management and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience in food, beverage, or wellness categories
Knowledge of DTC/e-commerce marketing strategies and platforms
Familiarity with influencer marketing and content production
Experience with marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Salesforce
Understanding of sustainability and purpose-driven branding
