Financial and Workforce Performance Analyst
Phoebe Putney Health System is seeking a Financial and Workforce Performance Analyst to support the CFO and CEO in enhancing the health system's financial and operational performance. This role focuses on labor management, budget analysis, and reporting refinement, while partnering with departmental leaders to improve financial stewardship and workforce efficiency.

Responsibilities
Develops, analyzes, and refines financial and labor-related reports to support executive decision-making
Partners with departmental leaders to interpret budgetary and labor data, fostering understanding and accountability
Provides education and training on financial and labor management practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Builds and maintain sophisticated spreadsheets, models, and dashboards that enhance financial and workforce reporting
Collaborates with Finance, HR, and Operations teams to align workforce planning with budgetary requirements
Monitors labor utilization and productivity metrics, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement
Supports annual budget development and periodic financial reviews, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
Contributes to special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the CFO and CEO
Uses Excel on an advanced level, to include frequent use of advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and financial analysis tools
Demonstrates analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Explains financial concepts to non-financial leaders
Utilizes organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Is collaborative, professional, and eager to grow within a healthcare finance environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Experience in healthcare finance, labor management, or workforce analytics
Uses Excel on an advanced level, to include frequent use of advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and financial analysis tools
Demonstrates analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Explains financial concepts to non-financial leaders
Utilizes organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Is collaborative, professional, and eager to grow within a healthcare finance environment
Preferred
Familiarity with financial reporting systems, business intelligence tools, or ERP platforms
