Responsibilities

You will directly report to the Chief Scientific Officer and will be coordinating all animal antibody discovery effort
You are expected to establish ways of work for animal antibody discovery. These involve developing and driving mid-to-long term strategic planning in animal antibody discovery, working with Business Leaders of pet medicine and translate the business needs into specific animal antibody discovery programs, and working with technical teams to plan and manage the execution of multiple animal antibody discovery projects. The goal is the successful and timely delivery of pet medicine candidates

Required

Strong passion in pet medicine
Solid scientific background in animal health
Doctorate degree in veterinary medicine, animal science, immunology, oncology, biochemical engineering or related fields with at least 8 years of post-graduate experience; Master degree in veterinary medicine, animal science, immunology, oncology, biochemical engineering with at least 10 years of work experience
Experiences in discovery of pet medicine
Organization skill: able to collaborate with different functions and navigate the complexity to drive progress
Excellence in time and resource management
Advanced English proficiency in professional scientific setting

Preferred

Past work experience in leading veterinary medicine companies
Past experience in leading multi-disciplinary matrix teams
Experiences in discovery of large molecule biologics pet medicine
