The Client Advocate role involves assisting Account Managers with processing insurance transactions, maintaining account information, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Assist Account Managers with processing insurance transactions, including:
New and renewal policy processing
Endorsements, audits, cancellations, and restatements
Maintain up-to-date and accurate account information in the agency management system (AMS360)
Request and track information from carriers as needed
Collaborate with Client Executives and Client Managers on transactional service needs
Assemble and format client information packets and deliverables
Monitor billing, payments, and reconciliation issues
Analyze data and spreadsheets for internal and client use
Support document management, compliance checks, and reporting processes
Proactively identify and communicate any administrative issues or inconsistencies

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
Excellent written communication and task follow-through
Interest in the insurance industry and a willingness to learn
Ability to work independently while taking direction from multiple team members
