Support the launch and growth of our Fresh and Commercial service divisions
Drive performance metrics and contribute to the continued evolution of the SpinXpress brand
Qualification
Required
Proven leader with experience in retail, hospitality, or food service
Oversee daily operations across multiple store locations
Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing, service-driven team members
Ensure each store delivers an outstanding customer experience
Support the launch and growth of Fresh and Commercial service divisions
Drive performance metrics and contribute to the continued evolution of the SpinXpress brand
Motivated, hands-on leader with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
Excellent communication, organizational, and coaching skills
Genuine passion for people, service, and operational excellence
Preferred
Previous multi-unit management experience strongly preferred
