Responsibilities

Lead business development efforts for our Insurance Technology consulting practice
Build and manage relationships with executives and decision-makers across the P&C value chain
Identify and close opportunities for implementation, integration, and advisory services for leading Insurtech and software platforms
Partner closely with our delivery and solutions teams to position Sikich as a trusted advisor; one that understands both the business of insurance and the technologies driving transformation
Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
Expand existing accounts by introducing new services and solutions aligned with client goals
Represent Sikich at conferences, client events, and partner forums to build market visibility and credibility

Required

7–12 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development for technology consulting or software vendors
Proven success selling professional services, SaaS implementations, or insurtech solutions within the Property & Casualty insurance industry
Strong understanding of insurance workflows, underwriting, bordereaux, and policy administration systems
Deep network across MGAs, carriers, brokers, and insurance technology vendors
Consultative, solution-oriented selling style with the ability to navigate multi-threaded enterprise deals
Track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client partnerships
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
