The Provider Network Recruiter will support the rapidly expanding provider network by building relationships with providers, managing onboarding, and driving market expansion efforts.

Responsibilities

Build and expand relationships with providers in assigned regions, with an initial focus nationwide

Lay the groundwork with independent providers while preparing for onboarding of major retailers

Conduct high-value in-person visits with priority providers

Drive scalable onboarding through remote outreach and inside sales efforts

Respond quickly and effectively to inbound provider requests

Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships that encourage provider satisfaction and retention

Ensure providers are prepared for network launch (contracts finalized, training completed)

Collaborate with team members and support staff to manage provider lists and outreach campaigns

Proven track record in B2B or provider-facing sales roles
