Senior Technical Recruiter
GlossGenius is building an ecosystem enabling entrepreneurs to succeed by offering a range of business management tools. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the full-lifecycle recruitment process for engineering roles and partner with leadership to define and execute hiring strategies during a period of significant growth.

Responsibilities
Run an efficient, high-touch, full-lifecycle recruiting process for complex and senior searches, acting as a crucial engine for our team expansion
Own sourcing for a variety of roles which will include talent mapping, market research, referral generation, and other creative strategies to find stellar technical talent that can operate at scale across NYC, SF, and Toronto
Leverage tools like Greenhouse and Gem to track candidate progress, resurface existing talent, and ensure high-quality data integrity
Manage stakeholder relationships, drive alignment on priorities, and leverage data to influence decision-making and strategy
Promote GlossGenius’ culture and values to attract top talent and increase the company's employer brand awareness
Maintain a strong pulse on the technical talent market and provide insights on competitive hiring trends
Proactively integrate AI tools and intelligent automation into your daily workflow to maximize efficiency
Qualification
Required
5+ years of recruiting experience with at least 2+ years of technical recruiting experience at a startup
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-urgency environments, maintaining attention to detail and quality
A self-starter with experience taking projects from 0-1 with little oversight and ability to articulate the why's and how's in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Clear track record of success with hiring senior/staff+ engineering talent
Ability to effectively influence engineering leaders to shape hiring strategies
Proven experience with complex candidate closes
Analytical thinker who understands how to utilize pipeline metrics to inform recruiting strategies and identify bottlenecks
Customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers
