Under general supervision, performs routine diagnostic procedures and may have individual responsibility for training and leading the work of other employees, with the knowledge, intensity and responsibilities as specified on the attached Job Description/Performance Review

To identify each patient's requirements relative to his or her age specific needs

Willingly performs other duties as requested

Qualification

Radiologic TechnologyNYS license/registrationARRT certificationCPR-BLS certificationTrainingLeadership

Required

AAS in Radiologic Technology or equivalent

NYS license/registration or eligible (must obtain within 6 months of limited permit)

ARRT (must obtain within 1 year of appointment)

Needs a Limited Permit by time of appointment if NYS License/Registration hasn't been obtained yet

CPR-BLS certification required at the time of appointment

Candidates who possess an A.A.S. in Radiologic Technology or equivalent, NYS license or eligible, and no experience will be considered for appointment to an entry level (SL1) position
