Responsibilities
Act as the primary point-of-contact for new builder relationships
Partner with the Business Development Manager to grow the new market
Work with cross functional groups to source and onboard local subcontractors across all scopes
Coordinate material vendors and ensure job readiness
Set up job tracking systems using Streamline and implement QC protocols
Train and oversee initial labor and staffing needs
Achieve volume and quality benchmarks to enable a successful handoff
Manage the new market through an initial ramp-up until job flow is consistent and sustainable
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree a plus
Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity, previous experience in project and vendor management a plus
Organized and efficient approach to business, with professional style and communications
Commitment and desire to learn including construction software and other company systems
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
