They are seeking a Fitness Brand Ambassador to engage with the community, generate leads, and support pre-sale marketing efforts as they prepare for the opening of a new club in Pompano Beach.

Responsibilities
Build quality relationships in the community while representing the Crunch brand
Generate leads through conversations and community engagement
Execute key pre-sale marketing actions like handing out flyers and managing social media presence
Support the management team at pre-sale events such as site activations, BBQs, one-day sales, and our grand opening party
Act with integrity—only collecting quality leads from genuinely interested potential members
Qualification
Required
Outgoing and energetic personality—you love talking to people!
Organized and detail-oriented—you get things done efficiently
Service-minded & team-oriented—you thrive in a collaborative environment
Professional and self-motivated—you take initiative and lead by example
Effective communicator—both in person and online
Willing to work outdoors, on your feet for extended periods when needed
Must have valid drivers license and dependable transportation
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
