Regional Sales Manager
HireneXus is a national provider of accounts receivable financing and asset-based lending solutions. The Regional Sales Manager will lead origination efforts, source new business, and structure financing solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities
Develop and expand a network of referral partners to generate high-quality factoring and asset-based lending opportunities
Acquire and manage a portfolio of new clients by leading the full origination lifecycle—from prospecting to structuring deals
Serve as the first point of contact for prospects, gaining an in-depth understanding of their businesses and collecting the necessary financial and receivables data
Analyze client needs and align them with appropriate financing structures, ensuring deals align with internal credit criteria
Identify cross-sell opportunities for equipment financing and refer accordingly to internal partners
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in AR financing, factoring, or asset-based lending
Strong internal drive and a demonstrated ability to generate and close new business
Skilled relationship builder with a strong network of referral sources and a history of CRM discipline and pipeline management
Passion for providing consultative solutions to mid-market and growth-stage businesses
