Start in 2026 SummerAuburn University’s Advancement Office is offering a full-time paid summer internship for Summer 2026. The role involves assisting in the planning and execution of Advancement events and experiences, providing interns with hands-on exposure to the event lifecycle and opportunities for educational sessions.

Responsibilities
Interns will immerse themselves in the dynamic world of Advancement events and experiences, gaining hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of event planning and execution
Working closely with the Advancement Events & Experiences (E&E) team, interns will assist in planning, preparing and delivering impactful experiences that engage alumni, donors, and campus partners
From creative planning sessions to on-site logistics, interns will play a key role in bringing events to life
Weekly educational sessions will be provided by subject-matter experts to enrich overall knowledge and experience with all areas of the Advancement industry
At the end of the internship, all interns are expected to prepare a final presentation highlighting their experiences and projects during their time in the program

Internships are open to rising sophomores through May 2026 graduates from Auburn University and Auburn University Montgomery
