Sr. Coordinator, Collectively-Bargained Player Benefits and Retired Player Programs
NFL is a leading sports organization, and they are seeking a Senior Coordinator for Collectively-Bargained Player Benefits and Retired Player Programs. This role involves coordinating player benefits, administering programs, and collaborating with various stakeholders to implement benefit policies as per the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Responsibilities
Support and administer collectively-bargained benefits and retired player programs
Acquire and demonstrate mastery of the player benefit plans contained in the NFL-NFLPA CBA
Thorough understanding of the NFL-NFLPA CBA benefits sections
Participate in CBA negotiations for benefit matters with the NFL Players Association
Collaborate with outside law firms, benefits consultants, actuaries, investment advisors and other third-party consultants in support of the administration of NFL player benefit plans and/or litigation
Support all aspects of DICC and Disability Appeal cases, 88 Plan Cases and Credited Season Cases
Presentations for NFLPE, Legends and club programs including rookie symposium, transition programs and boot camps, and club player and significant other meetings
Review and respond to player requests for information
When needed, provide information and analysis of player benefit information, including death benefit information, detailed player profiles of individual players
Act as a liaison on player benefit issues for internal departments and external partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
4+ years related experience
Experience working with a union workforce
Commitment to staying current with employer benefit plans in the industry
Proficiency in Microsoft O365
Ability to communicate a broad knowledge of Player programs and benefits
Collaborative approach, teamwork oriented
Exceptional business writing and communication skills
Flexibility of daily schedule
The position may require work beyond standard business hours
Travel: 0-25%
NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week in office
