The role involves managing all aspects of municipal water and wastewater utility system project planning, design, and services during construction while ensuring successful project execution and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

Lead teams in the delivery of water and wastewater projects from concept to completion

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, mechanical, electrical, I&C, structural, CAD) to develop plans and specifications

Participate in professional organizations and present market-specific papers and presentations

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Assist in marketing initiatives, proposal preparation, and responses to RFPs/RFQs

Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution

Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to engineering staff

Support quality assurance and quality control procedures across all project stages
