Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
PE or SE license required
12+ years of progressive engineering + leadership experience
Proven ability to manage teams, projects + client relationships
Strong technical, communication + organizational skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
