Qualification
Required
At least three years' experience as an attorney
Experience in civil litigation
Aptitude for Fourth and Fifth Amendment analyses
Ability to provide legal advice and guidance to law enforcement
Experience in reviewing and approving warrants
Preferred
Superior writing and organizational skills
Significant litigation experience
Interest in criminal and civil investigations
